About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a passion for organization and data management? We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator, Network Services to join our National Programs team! In this varied role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing internal databases, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and supporting key programs and events. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our CRM system, ensuring network data is accurate and up to date, and providing essential administrative support for national initiatives. If you have experience with CRM software, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a mission-driven organization.
What You Will Be Doing
- Schedule internal team meetings, external meetings, and site visits with the network and various stakeholders
- Support the team by completing administrative tasks for the National Standards Program, the Northern Program, and After the Bell, as assigned
- Support the team with processing food bank donations, tax clinics and grants, tracking progress related to accreditation and grant reporting, standards submissions, and reports, and preparing documents for signing, and accreditation packages as assigned
- Organize and keep up to date files in the CRM and SharePoint, ensuring all important documents and agreements are uploaded consistently and in a timely manner
- Maintain all network data the CRM system, ensuring the CRM is updated with current account and contact information for all food banks and agencies within the network
What You Will Need
- Completion of an undergraduate degree or equivalent in business, administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with CRMs and data entry
- Knowledgeable and experienced in data management and working with CRM type software
- Supportive team player that is highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional, and warm communicator
- Superior listening skills and customer service skills with the ability to interpret the concerns and interests of diverse groups of stakeholders
- Problem solver, with an ability to adapt to changing priorities and environment
- Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset
Working Conditions
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work
- This position is remote and may be based anywhere in Canada
- Occasional travel within Canada may be required
