As a People and Culture Partner, you will:
Lead and Advise:
Guide and support leaders within our client organizations, providing practical, trusted HR advice and leadership.
Strategize and Execute:
Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions that are grounded, effective, and create real impact.
Support Daily Operations:
Provide seamless day-to-day HR management support across a range of client environments.
Consult:
Assess HR challenges and provide clear, actionable solutions that address both immediate issues and underlying causes.
Support Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Lead and support recruitment initiatives, including workforce planning, job design, candidate assessment, and end-to-end hiring processes as needed for client engagements.

What You Bring:
Experience
You are an accredited HR professional with at least 5 years of experience at the HR Generalist or HR Manager level, with exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Leadership
You create clarity in complex situations and build trust with leaders and executive teams.
Relationship Building
You foster positive, constructive, and productive relationships through a practical, solution-focused approach.
Location:
This is a remote role with regular travel to client locations. Candidates must be based in the Greater Victoria area and able to travel locally as required.
